How can I track my Canvastory order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
You can also log in to your Canvastory account and visit the "My Orders" section to track your package. Additionally, you can track the order by clicking on "Track Order" in the footer menu of the site.
What happens if my Canvastory orderis damaged or lost during shipping?
If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a
